How do I get my file after I buy?
Right after checkout you'll see a download link, and we email it to you as well. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder, or email hello@sidekicksheets.com.
Does it work in Google Sheets and Excel?
Yes. Our spreadsheets are built to work in both. For Google Sheets, upload the file to Google Drive, open it, then choose File → Save as Google Sheets. For Excel, open the file in Excel 2016 or newer. Apple Numbers isn't supported.
Can I use it on my phone?
You can view and type in it with the Google Sheets or Excel app, but setup is much easier on a computer.
I'm not a spreadsheet person. Will I manage?
Yes. You only type in the white cells; everything else is calculated for you. Each product comes with a Quick-Start Guide.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once and keep the file, plus free bug-fix updates to the product you bought, when we release them.
Does it do my taxes?
No. Our tools help you plan, for example by setting aside a percentage you choose. They're estimates for planning only, not tax or financial advice. Rules vary by country, so check with a tax professional.
What's your refund policy?
Because our products are digital files delivered instantly, we don't offer refunds for change of mind. If something doesn't work as described, email us within 30 days and we'll fix it, help you set it up, or refund you if we can't. See our refund policy.
Can I share the file or resell it?
Each purchase is a personal license for your own use. Please don't share, resell or redistribute the files.
