About IRS mileage rules
The IRS standard mileage rate and the rules around it change, sometimes during the year. That's why this log doesn't print a rate. Check the current IRS rate at irs.gov and write it in. Keep your mileage records the way IRS guidance describes (IRS Publication 463 covers car expense records). Outside the US? Use the A4 file and follow your own country's rules.
